Homemade Hummus - Tahini Free 1 Serving = 1/4 recipe

Ingredients
I - 15 oz. Can Garbanzo Beans (I used Westbrae Organic) Juice of 1 lemon1 T. Olive oil1 head or 6 cloves garlic, peeled1/4 t. salt
Directions
Rinse and drain garbanzo beans. Place all ingredients in a food processor bowl fitted with the knife blade. Process till almost smooth (a few lumps add character but you could process till completely smooth if you like).

I like to eat this on a whole wheat flatbread with a bit of feta cheese, finely chopped green onion and parsley and lots of lettuce. Yum! A lot to eat for not a lot of calories!!
