bean and corn chilli

Ingredients
1 cup chopped onions5 cloves garlic3T olive oil1 red pepper chopped1 celery chopped3 tomatoes chopped2 cans 15 oz kidney beans, rinsed and drained6oz tomato paste1 cup frozen corn1 t salt, chilli powder1/2 t black pepper1/4 t cumin, cayenne pepper, oregano, ground coriander1.5 c chicken broth1 med eggplant chopped
Directions
cook garlic, and onions, then saute eggplant until tender (both in oil)
add rest of ingredients, stir, cook in crock pot 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 on high.
