Mel's Kitchen Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients
Bread Ingredients:2 Cups Granulated Sugar1 Cup Vegetable Oil3 Eggs1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tsp Lemon Extract2 TBSP's Poppy seed3 Cups All Purpose Flour1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder1 1/2 tsp Salt1 1/2 Cups Whole Milk / Vitamin DIngredients for Icing Drizzle:2 YBSP's Lemon Juice3/4 Cups Powdered Sugar
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to325 (high altitude) 50 (everywhere else).
2.Grease & flour 2 loaf pans.
3. Combine sugar,oil, eggs, vanilla & lemon extracts in a large bowl. Mix well.
4. Stir in poppy seeds.
5.Sift together flour, baking powder & salt.
6. Add flour mixture & milk to the sugar mixture.
7. Divide the batter evenly between 2 prepared pans.
8. cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour (or) until toothpick can be inserted into the top of the loaf & come out clean
