Personal Flatbread Pizza with Mushrooms, Artichoke Hearts and Spinach

Ingredients
1 Flatout Artisan Foldit Flatbread, Rosemary and Olive oil1/8 cup of pizza sauce1/2 cup fresh mushrooms 1/2 tsp minced garlic1/4 cup artichoke hearts, quartered and marinated1/2 cup fresh baby spinach1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees
take flatout pizza and warm in oven for about 4 minutes on a cookie sheet
spray skillet pan with pam and saute mushrooms with minced garlic until add artichoke hearts and then spinach and allow to wilt
spread pizza sauce on flatbread, sprinkle cooked vegetables on top and then finish with shredded cheese

bake in oven until cheese melted, 7 minutes

makes 1 personal pizza serving
