1/2 cup egg beaters1 trader joe's sweet apple chicken sausage1/4 red bell pepper1 medium egg1 oz. low fat feta cheese3 mushrooms
Directions
add egg and egg beaters to pan. chop sausage, mushrooms and bell pepper and add to scramble. sprinkle cheese on top. scramble away.
