Dr. Pepper Pork Roast

2-3 pound pork loin, shoulder of butt2 cans Dr. Pepper1 pkg dry onion soup mix2 tbsp corn starch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Combine pork roast, soda and onion soup mix in pressure cooker. Seal, cook on high for 40 minutes. Allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes then quick release any remaining pressure. If it is not fork tender (160 F), cook another 10 minutes on high. Remove roast from pan and cover with foil. Set cooker to brown or high and bring juices to a simmer. Add cornstarch mixture, stirring constantly until thickened. Carve and serve with plenty of gravy.
