6 4 oz chicken breast 1 jar green mountain gringo salsa
Directions
makes 6 servings

place peppers in bottom of crock pot
place chicken over peppers and onions
pour salsa over top
add water if seems too thick

cook 4 hours on high. serve w brown rice.
