Tofu and ham Quiche

Ingredients
5 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 90 Ham, extra lean, (5% fat) 125 Carrots, raw 150 Onions, raw 60 Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes 300 Tofu, firm 2.50 oz Organic Creamery Grated Parmesan Cheese 100 gram(s) Coliflower, cooked
Directions
Oil in a pan and cook the vegetables.
Layers: the first one is the mashed couliflower, then one of vegetables, then tofu, then ham, and finally tomatoes.
Beat eggs and add to the layers.
Oven: 125-150 C for 30 minutes.
