Salmon Patties

Ingredients
Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can (remove)Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 extra large (remove)Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 1 cup, crushed (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
4 servings

Combine all ingredients except oil in a large bowl. Use a 1/4 cup of mix to form one patty. Heat oil in large skillet, pan fry all the salmon patties until golden brown.

Serve with peas and macaroni and cheese.
