Salmon Burgers

Ingredients
16 oz. fresh or frozen salmon fillet, bones removed and chopped1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp. smoked paprika1/4 tsp. garlic powder4 Tbsp. finely chopped onion2 Tbsp. chopped capers2 eggs1/2 cup Panko or bread crumbsOptional: 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise1 tsp. Wasabi
Directions
Beat eggs slightly in medium size bowl. Add onion, garlic, paprika, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and bread crumbs. Stir well. Add chopped salmon. Form into patties. Place in medium hot skillet, sprayed with Pam. Cook 3 to 5 minutes per side or until golden brown.

Optional. Mix mayonnaise and wasabi. Thinly spread on 4 hamburger buns(this is HOT). Add tomato, sliced red onion, lettuce and salmon patties.
