Ingredients
MEATBALLS:1 can evaporated milk (13 oz)1/2 tsp garlic powder2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper2 tsp chili powder2 C oatmeal3 lbs hamburger2 eggs1 C chopped onionSAUCE:3/4 C brown sugar1 scant T liquid smoke1/2 tsp garlic powder2 C ketchup1/2 C chopped onion
Directions
Mix ingredients for meatballs well and form into balls or a loaf. Top with sauce and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Makes 24 large meatballs.
