Buffalo Chile con Carne

Ingredients
1.5 T olive oil1/2 c chopped onion (garlic, too, if you like)1 # ground buffalo meat1 small can diced tomatoes (abt 1.25 cups - use whole can).75 tsp salt1 tsp sugar 2t - 2T chili powder (always use 2T)
Directions
Saute onions in oil, add meat to brown. Add seasoning plus 1/2 bay leaf, stir a couple of times and add tomatoes and beans (with all juices). Cook for an hour or so in a covered dish over low heat.
