Steel cut healthy oatmeal

Ingredients
2 c water1/2 c steel cut oatsdash salt1 T. molasses1 T. honey1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla1 c frozen blueberries
Directions
Makes 2 1 cup servings. Add 1/2 c steel cut oatmeal to 2 cups water. Add dash of salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; then turn heat down and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Add vanilla, cinnamon, blueberries, honey and molasses. Divide into 2 portions.

Serve 1 immediately; refrigerate the other portion for another day.
