Spaghetti Squash with meat sauce

Ingredients
1 Medium to large spaghetti squash1 package of 99% Lean ground turkey1 Jar tomato basil spaghetti sauce1 chopped oniongarlic, salt and pepper, italian seasonings
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Cut squash in half long ways and scrape out seeds. Place face down on a piece of foil on a cookie sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until tender. Scrape squash out with a fork into a serving dish.
Brown Chopped onion and ground turkey. ( YOu can also season with garlic, italian seaoning, salt pepper to your liking) Add jar of sauce. Let simmer until all turkey is cooked and sauce is hot. Pour over squash and serve.
