Lavender Granola

Ingredients
5 cups oatmeal1/4 cup Flax Seed1 cup Walnuts1 Tsp Cinnamon1 Tsp Ginger1/2 Tsp Vanilla1 cup of Raisins or Cranberries2 oz Honey ( Aprox 4 TBSP)1 TBSP of Lavender buds1TSP Salt1 Cup Splenda1.3 Cups water
Directions
Put all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. spread in a baking sheet and bake at 375º F for 45 min - 1 hour or until golden and dry.

Cool down, store in a resealable bag or bowl and enjoy.
