Seafood, Okra and Sausage Gumbo

Ingredients
*Hillshire Farm Turkey Smoked Sausage, 16 oz - cubedSmoked sausage(homemade deer), 4 oz - cubed*Flour, white,1/2 cup - Browned (Dry Rue)Season Blend - Shur Fine (onions, celery, green & red bel..., 3.5 serving (10oz pkg)Okra, frozen, cooked, 2 Ten oz packagesStewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt, 2 Cup *Crab, Lump meat, 16 oz Shrimp, raw, 8 oz Chicken Base - Tone's 8 teaswater, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Brown all Sausage till oil is released.
Add flour and Season Blend and cook till onions are clear.
Add Okra, Tomatos, Chicken Base and water (add water a little at the time to your preference.
Let simmer at least 2 hours (the longer the better)
Right before ready to eat add Shrimp and Crab meat.
Once shrimps are pink remove from heat.
Yeilds 12 two cup servings
