Chicken stroganoff

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts cut into pieces3 cups mushrooms cut into pieceschicken broth (1 cup) more if neededarrowroot flour ( 1 tbsp)sour creamegg noodles
Directions
brown chicken in frying pan with olive oil
when chicken is partly cooked add mushrooms and cook with chicken
add broth and flour to thicken
add spices to taste
cook noodles
just before serving add sour cream to chicken in pan
Put noodles on dish, add chicken and musrooms on top
garnish with parsley (or not)
serves 4 1 cup servings
