Cheesy Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
1/4 C Olive Oil1 C fine, dried whole wheat bread crumbs1/2 C grated 2% low fat mozzarella cheese1 tsp. minced garlic1 Tbs. paprika1/2 C fat free sour cream (or plain yogurt)1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce1 tsp. celery salt4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
Directions
Makes 8 servings

Pour the olive oil into a baking dish.
Mix bread crumbs and grated mozzarella in a bowl.
Combine the minced garlic, paprika, sour cream (or yogurt), Worcestershire sauce and celery salt in another bowl.
Dip the chicken into the sour cream mixture, then roll in the bread crumb/cheese mixture. Arrange the chicken in the baking dish and bake at 450 for about 20 minutes.
