1.5 t Fennel Seeds2 lbs Pork Butt2 t Kosher Salt1 T Chopped Parsley5' Hog/Casein Casings
Chop pork butt into 1" chunks and put in freezer until almost frozen. Chop parsley. Run meat through grinder and mix in seasonings. Run through stuffer into 5' of casein or hog casings. Will keep in fridge 5 days and in freezer for 6 months.
