2 cans pinto beans, drained2 cans kidney beans, drained3 cans no salt tomatoes, undrained1 small can black olives, drained1 medium onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced2 links hot Italian sausage, slicedchili powder, cumin, salt and pepper to tastejalapeno pepper to taste
In Dutch oven, cook sausage, onion, garlic, jalapeno pepper and mushrooms until sausage is cooked through, onions are soft and mushrooms have cooked down.
Add spices and stir. Cook 1 minute.
Add canned goods, draining and rinsing beans and olives.
