Multigrain bread

9 ounces of water1 T of honey3.5 cups of multigrain flour (Robin Hood)2 T of margerine2 t of Fleischmann's quick-rise instant yeast
1) Put the water into the microwave and warm it up for 1 minute and 15 seconds. Add liquid ingredients to the pan.
2) Add dry ingredients, except yeast, to the pan. Tap the pan to settle the dry ingredients, then level ingredients, pushing some of the mixture into the corners. Place the butter into the corners of the pan.
3) Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients; add yeast. Lock pan into bread maker.
4) Program for BASIC/SPECIALTY adn desired Bread colour. Program TIMER if being used. Start bread maker. When done, turn off and remove bread from the pan. Cool on a rack before slicing.
SERVINGS: This will make 10 slices of bread.
