Ingredients
swanson low sodium 100% fat free chicken broth, 4 cansKroger 2% sharp cheese, 2 cup Kroger 2 % milk 4 cheese blend, 2 cup low moisture park skim mozzarella cheese, 1 cup *Flour, white, 1 cup
Directions
in a sauce pan, heat up the broth till warm. stir in the flour until blended and starts to thicken. Slowly add cheese and whisk together until smooth. Transfer to fondue pot and keep warm. Makes about 2 quarts of sauce.
