1 lb. bag dry split peas8 c. water3 med. carrots, sliced4 oz. chopped celerypepper to tasts
Directions
Makes 13 0.5-C. . servings

Wash your peas. Put in large pot; bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 30 min. to an hour. Cook to you desire tenderness.
