Spicy Butternut/Chickpea Soup

Ingredients
* Vegetable Broth, 4 cups * Onions, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) , chopped * Garlic, 2 cloves , minced * Ginger Root, 3 slices (1" dia) , minced * Butternut Squash, 3 cups, cubes, pureed * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 3 cups kernels * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cups, chopped * Jerk Seasoning, .2 tspns * Cayenne, .25 tsp * Salt to taste * Lemon juice, .5 cup * Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.75 cups, drained/rinsed
Directions
Heat broth, add all the ingredients except for lemon juice and chickpeas. Simmer till vegetables are cooked. Add chickpeas and adjust seasoning. Simmer for about 5 more mins. Add lemon juice and remove from heat.
