Classic egg salad

Ingredients
1 doz hard boiled chopped eggs1/2 c light mayopeppercelery saltlight bread (optional)
Directions
Boil eggs for 10 minutes. Once cooled peel and place in fridge for 20min-1/2 hr. Once chilled chop and place in large bowl. add pepper, celery salt, and mayo. Mix together and serve 1/2 c on light bread. Makes 7 1/2 c servings
