Hamburger Beef Stew

Ground beef, lean, 32 oz (remove)Peas, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)Baby Carrots, raw, 30 medium (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)*Potato, raw, 7 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp (remove)Variety of seasonings to taste: Lemon Pepper, Season Salt, Garlic Salt.Bow Tie Pasta can be added to the stew the last 10 min if desired. I don't measure I just dump what I want in.
Brown burger in pan,season with variety of seasonings. Add onion for last 5 min of browning. Drain well. In large pot place beef & onion. Add potato chunks,cut up carrots,and parsley ,cover with water. Cook on med heat. When potatoes are partially done add peas. Cook til potatoes are done, making sure that all are covered with water. If desired add pasta for last 10 min. Enjoy. Always better next day when seasonings have set into the stew.
