Ingredients
1 cup Bisquick Gluten-Free Mix1 cup orange juice (no pulp)2 Tbsp canola oil1 egg, organic
Directions
Mix ingredients until blended.
Pour 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle.
Cooke until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden.
Makes 10 pancakes. (1 pancake = 1 serving)
