CHICKEN APPLE WALNUT BROWN RICE SALAD

4 c. Long grain brown rice cooked12 oz cooked, shredded chicken breasts1 c. Apples, thinly sliced1 c. Red Onion, finely chopped1/3 c. black walnuts, toasted2 T fresh sage6 T light Balsamic Vinegrette dressing
Cook Rice, let cool.
Grill chicken in pan under medium heat, cool & shred
In large bowl mix rice, chicken, apples, onion, walnuts, and balsamic vinegrette.
Garnish with fresh Sage. (or basil if you prefer)
Yield: 6 1c. servings
