Turkey Loaf

Ingredients
1 medium chopped1/2 cup bread crumbs1/2 cup ketchup1/2 cup dijon mustard4 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce1 lb extra lean ground turkey8 oz turkey sausage1 Egg1/2 tps garlic powder
Directions
In a small bowl mix together 1/4 c of ketchup and 2 Tbsp Worcestershire then set aside. In a pan cook onions until tender. In a medium bowl, beat the egg. Then add 1/4 c ketchup, 1/4 dijon mustard, and 2 tbps worcestershire sauce and mix. Then add the ground turkey, turkey sausage, bread crumbs, garlic powder, and onions. Combine together and then place in loaf pan. Bake for 45 mins at 350. Take out and add ketchup and worcestershire
sauce to top and return to oven for another 30 mins. serves 8, You can reduce the amount of worcestershire to reduce the sodium in the loaf.
