Turkey Picadillo

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey2 large onions1/2 green pepper1 can tomato sauce (or paste)Splash of dry sherry wineCanola OilCuminOreganoHot Sauce
Directions
Brown turkey meat. In a separate pan, sauteƩ the chopped onions and pepper in oil. Combine with turkey meat. Sprinkle with a dash of cumin and oregano. Add 1 can of tomato sauce to turkey mixture. Add a splash of dry sherry wine, enough to taste. Add some salt and hot sauce to taste. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add a handful of raisins. Simmer until rasins are soft.
