2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup softened light becel margarine (reduced calorie)3/4 cup splenda1 tsp vanilla extract2 egg whites1-1/3 cups CHIPITS SKOR Toffee Bits3/4 cup packed splenda brown sugar
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
2. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. Beat margarine, splenda, splenda brown sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended. Add eggs whites; beat well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in toffee bits.
3. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
