Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 - 15oz can of salmon, drained1 - 7oz can of tuna in water, drained1 egg1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix, dry1/2 c mayonnaise
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Form into 1/2 cup size patties and cook covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes before flipping.

Makes approximately 8 patties, 3" in diameter, 1/2" thick.
