Lizzy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
7 lbs 10 oz Potatoes1 stick butter1 cup skim milk2 Tbsp saltpepper to taste
Directions
Peel, cube, and boil potatoes with 2 tbsp salt till tender
drain potatoes and combine with butter and pepper
beat with mixer till smooth

Makes approximately 17 one cup servings
