Avocado & White Bean Wraps

Ingredients
Avocado, Cannelini Beans, Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Flat out wraps, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, cider vinegar, canola oil, romaine lettuce, carrot, onion.
Directions
Avocado Bean spread:In medium size bowl mash 1 avocado with 15 ounces of rinsed cannelini beans. Grate 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese mix in to beans and avocado.

Slaw: In another medium size bowl mix together romaine lettuce, shredded carrot, and shredder onion. Add dressing, mix thoroughly.

Dressing:
2 chipotle chiles finely minced with 2 tbsp adobo sauce
1 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp dried cilantro (or 1/4 cup fresh, chopped)
2 tbsp cider vinegar
Whisk together until oil in combined with vinegar

On the flat out wrap, spread bean mixture. Top with "slaw". Wrap up and enjoy!
