Spinach feta quiche

1 9" frozen pie crust1 c. half and half3 large eggs3 c. fresh spinach1/4 c. chopped onions1 garlic clove3/4 c. feta cheese1/2 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. nutmeg1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Steam onions, garlic and spinach until veggies are soft. Drain any excess liquid. Sprinkle feta cheese in pie crust. Layer veggies on top.
Bake 40-50 minutes or until top of quiche is golden brown. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
