Italian breakfast Quesadilla

Ingredients
1 low carb tortilla4 egg whites1 Tbs. Italian olive salad1 oz. cup part skim mozzarella
Directions
Makes 1 Serving

1) scramble egg whites in a pan coated with cooking spray

2) Pour egg into tortilla along with mozzarella and olive salad.

3) Fold tortilla in half and place in pan heated with cooking spray. Brown one side and flip.
