Chicken Curry

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 508g Broccoli, frozen, 100g Cauliflower, frozen, cooked, 1 cup (1" pieces)Canned Tomatoes, 1 canSpinach, frozen, 0.50 cupTomato Paste, 0.50 can (6 oz) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Spices
Directions
dry fry the chicken until no longer pick. Add onion and fry until soft. Add spices, tomatoes, tomato puree, heat until just starting to bubble. Add broccoli, cauliflower and spinach. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for approx 45 mins.
