No Pudge Brownie w/Protein

Ingredients

1/4 C Flour1/2 C gold medal whole wheat flour1/2 C unsweetened cocoa powder2 Tbsp Cornstarch3/4 C Sugar1/4 tsp Baking soda1/4 tsp Salt1 Tbsp flaxseed meal1 scoop (44 gm) EAS Chocolate soy protein powder6 oz Dannon plain nonfat yogurt4 Tbsp nonfat milk1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8x8 or 9x9 pan with Pam.
Place all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Add yogurt, vanilla and 3 Tbsp milk. Stir until completely absorbed into dry ingredients. It will be very thick. Add another Tbsp of milk if it is clumpy and needs more moisture.
Spread into prepared pan.
Bake 20-24 minutes. Less for dense chewy brownies, more for cakey brownies.
Cut into 16 squares.
*You can also add walnuts or chocolate chips to the batter, but be sure to adjust the nutritional info accordingly.
