Slow Cooker Cheesy Mac

Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean) cooked thoroughly2 14.5 ounce cans beef broth1 10.75 ounce can condensed cheddar cheese soup1 teaspoon black pepper2 tablespoons dried minced onions1/2 teaspoon kosher salt1 1/2 cups low-carb elbow macaroni, uncooked1/3 cup light cream2/3 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
Directions
Add first six ingredients (beef through salt) to the slow cooker crock; mix well. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
When done cooking, stir well and add macaroni. Cover and heat until macaroni is cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Add cream and cheese; stir to blend.
