Prawns, Red Pepper, Asapargus Spaghetti

3/4 lb cleaned Large Prawns2 medium red peppers, diced1 lb asparagus, rough ends snapped off, and but into 2-3" pieces1 medium onion, finely chopped6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped3/4 cup white wine1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes1 tsp kosher salt2 Tbsp unsalted butter1 lb thin spaghettisalt to taste
Put spaghetti water on to heat.
Clean and prepare prawns, asparagus and red peppers. Add asparagus and red peppers to boiling water and blanch for 5 minutes. Drain and add to bowl with cold water to stop cooking. Bring water to a boil and add salt. Add spaghetti and cook according to directions.
Chop onion and garlic. Heat oil in large skillet and add onion and garlic, saute until translucent. Add asparagus and red peppers, Stir in prawns, add white wine, pepper flakes and salt. bring to boil, lower heat and simmer until prawns are done, pink in color. Add butter and melt.
Serve over spaghetti with good bread and a side salad if desired.
