Turkey/Sweet Potato Hash

Ingredients
ground turkey, sweet potato, seasoning, onion, bell peppers, garlic
Directions
1) Peel and cube potatoes. Place potatoes in water, bring water to a boil. Keep potatoes in boiling water for 4 minutes, drain.

2) While potatoes cook, chop onion, garlic and bell peppers.

3) Cook turkey till brown, add chopped veggies and seasoning and cook till onions are translucent. Add drained potatoes and cook for an additional 5 minutes, browning the potatoes slightly. Done!

*Can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Feel free to add salsa, hot sauce or even a scrambled egg. Makes roughly 5 1-cup servings.
