Perley Potato Salad

Ingredients
1 apple (medium) diced (1 cup)8 radishes diced (1 cup)1 bunch green onions diced (1 cup)2 stalks celery diced (1 cup)8 potatoes (medium) (4 cups)3/4 cup miracle whip regular2 tbsn yellow mustard3 tsp ground black pepper1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Put potatoes in a pot with peels on and boil until fork inserts easily. Cool completely, peel then dice into preferred size of pieces. While potatoes are cooking, dice other vegetables for the salad. When all together in one bowl, add miracle whip, mustard, pepper and salt. Mix well. Makes 8 one cup servings.
