Flavorful No Dressing Salad

Ingredients
2 Cups Red/Purple Cabbage 1 Cup Favorite Apple1/2 Cup Radishes1/2 Cup Carrots1/4 Cup Raisins1/4 Low-Fat Colby or Cheddar Cheese1/8 Cup Salted Sunflower SeedsLemon juice if storing
Directions
Chop all ingredients except cheese and toss together. You will want to toss the apples in lemon juice to prevent browning if you plan on storing. Add cheese just before serving otherwise it wil become soggy. Makes about 5 1-cup servings. Enjoy!
