Chinese Beef and Veggie Stir Fry

Garlic 3 cloves mincedFresh Ginger 2 tsp gratedSesame oil 1 tspCorn Oil 2 tspBeef 8 oz sliced julienneFrozen StirFry veggies mix, 1 packageLemon Juice 1/3 cupSoy Sauce 1/4 cupRice Vinegar 1-2 tbspSesame Oil 1/4 -1/2 tspSugar 1 tbspSalt, to tastepepper, to tasteginger spice, to tastegarlic powder, to tasteonion powder, to tastecornstarch 1-2 tbsp
1. Saute garlic and ginger with 1 tsp sesame oil and 2 tsp corn oil.
2. Add beef and cook until 80% done, add vegetables and lemon juice, soy sauce and rice vinegar and cover and simmer until the veggies are hot.
3. use spices and season to taste.
4. when finished cooking, to thicken sauce, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and add. Stir on slow boil until sauce thickens.
When finished turn off heat and add 1/4 - 1/2 tsp sesame oil and stir into dish. if the flavor is too strong for you, leave out.
