V8 Chili

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef 93/71 meduim onion diced1 bell pepper diced1 8 oz can tomato sauce1 can fire roasted tomatoes1 can pinto beans with jalepenos30 oz can kidney beanschili kit ( I use complete kit)24 oz V8 juice
Directions
heat dutch oven spray with cooking spray add onion and bell pepper cook few minutes add meat continue cooking til no longer pink

add chili kit, tomatoe sauce, v8 juice and fire roasted tomatoes; simmer 20 min on low add beans and continue to simmer 15 min
