Herbed Blue Cheese Spread

Ingredients
1 1/3 cups 1% low-fat cottage cheese5 oz. crumbled blue cheese1 clove garlic2 tsp. lemon juice2 green onions1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped2 T. toasted slivered almondsCombine cottage cheese, blue cheese, garlic and lemon juice in food processor, process until smooth. Add green onions, basil and almonds, pulse until well blended, but still chunky.Spoon cheese spread into small serving bowl, cover and chill until ready to serve.Serve with bread or Low-Fat Wheat Thins
