*3 ounces of 96% lean beef cooked with low sodium taco seasoning(I made the entire pound of meal and then keep it in 3 ounce portions for taco salads and burritos)*1 tbsp each green enchilada sauce and fat free, plain greek yogurt*3 tbsp salsa*1/4 cup black beans*chopped lettuce or spinach optional*La Tortilla Factory Low Carb Whole Wheat TortillaLay meat, beans and enchilada sauce on ww tortilla. Heat up for 45 seconds in microwave. Add rest of toppings and enjoy!
