Cabbage, Potato & Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
2 cups shredded cabbage1/2 lg onion1 can diced rotel tomatoes1.5 tbsp lemon juice2 tsp splenda1/8 tsp dried thyme1 med potato, cubed1.5 cup fat-free chicken bothsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook 8-10 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high.
