Baked Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients
12 oz Chicken Breast (2 Breast fillets)2 oz Goat Cheese (I used Chevre Goat Cheese w/ Honey)2 tbsp Black Pepper1 tbsp Dill Weed (dried)1 tsp Oregano (dried)1 tsp Parsley (dried)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Pound the chicken breast so that it's flat against a cutting board. Sprinkle pepper on the outside of the chicken breasts, then on the inside, place goat cheese and remaining herbs.

Fold together so that cheese is inside the breast, and tie to close it while cooking.

Place in oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked through.
