Purple Chicken Vegetable Soup with Rotini

Ingredients
Veggie Rotini - 16oz1 lb. chicken breast, cut into bite-sized chunks1 medium onion, diced3 carrotts, sliced1 can of mushrooms (1 cup)2 cups chopped red cabbageChicken Bouillon or broth (6 cups)
Directions
Chop all ingredients, boil carrots, onions and chicken in 6 cups of chicken broth (made from bouillon or canned) until chicken is cooked through. Add rotini, mushrooms, and cabbage. Cook until rotini is of desired tenderness.

Makes approximately 6 2-cup servings
